What you receive

• An email granting access to the client dashboard.
• A published digital invitation website based on the selected template and submitted details.
• A website link and QR code for sharing with guests.

Delivery timing

After payment is manually verified and the order is approved, the access email is normally sent within a few minutes. Complex requests, incorrect details, provider delays, or manual review may take longer. Custom work follows the timeframe agreed in writing.

Delivery method

Delivery is electronic to the Google email address submitted during checkout. No physical product is shipped. Check spam or promotions folders and confirm that the submitted email is correct.

If delivery is delayed

If access has not arrived after approval, contact us immediately through phone, Facebook, or email. Include your name, event, selected template, and transaction reference, but never send your PIN, password, or one-time password.
