Terms of Service

The service

MyInvitePH provides digital invitation templates, published invitation websites, QR codes, RSVP tools, and related support. Preview content is not published until an order is approved and prepared.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate event, contact, and payment-reference information.
• Use content, photos, links, and names that you own or have permission to use.
• Keep dashboard access secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or rights-infringing material.

Orders and approval

An order is not accepted merely because a reference number was submitted. Every payment is manually verified. We may request clarification, reject an unverifiable transaction, or suspend suspected fraud or misuse.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep websites available and accurate, but maintenance, networks, providers, or events outside our control may cause interruptions. We may update the service or these terms. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer law.
