Prices and payment

The amount shown in the checkout review is the amount due for the selected service unless a written custom quotation says otherwise. Available payment methods are shown before payment. Do not send a PIN, password, card security code, or one-time password.

Manual verification

All payments are manually verified against the payment method and transaction reference supplied. Submission does not mean approval. Dashboard access and publishing begin only after verification.

Refund eligibility

• Duplicate payments or an amount charged in error.
• A verified payment for a service we cannot provide.
• A defective or non-conforming service where repair, correction, replacement, refund, or another remedy is required by applicable law.
• A cancellation accepted in writing before substantial design, setup, or publishing work begins.

Generally non-refundable work

After substantial work has started or a customized website has been published, change-of-mind requests are generally not refundable. We will first try to correct service problems. This does not limit remedies required by law.

Requesting a refund

Contact support@myinviteph.com with your name, event, payment method, reference number, reason, and supporting details. Approved refunds are returned through an agreed reasonable method and timeframe, subject to payment-provider processing.
