Manual Payment Verification

Payments are checked by a person

MyInvitePH does not automatically treat a submitted reference number as a successful payment. An authorized administrator manually compares the payment method and transaction reference with the payment record before approving the order.

Submission is not confirmation

The confirmation screen means that your details were received for review. It does not mean the payment has been verified, the order has been approved, or the website has been published.

After successful verification

• The order is approved in the protected administrator workspace.
• Your invitation website is created and published.
• Dashboard access, the website link, and its QR code are sent to your submitted Google email.

Unverified or duplicate references

We may reject, hold, or ask about references that cannot be matched, were already used, contain an incorrect amount, or appear suspicious. Contact support if you believe a valid payment was not recognized.

Protect your account

Send only the transaction reference needed for matching. Never provide your PIN, password, full card security details, or one-time password.
